About Us
The Right Relationship Project was born from both research and lived experience with power-over systems that disconnect us from our whole selves and our deep rooted need for connection—within ourselves and with others. Our society is filled with unbalanced behaviours that are deeply woven into our relationships, social norms, and organisations.
Power-over behaviours are often social norms that many of us live with, but don't know how to change. The changes needed in society cannot be driven solely by government or top-down efforts, they must also come from the ground up via increased awareness of our defence patterns, centred accountability, the mind-body connection and interconnection with all life. Each and everyone of us can make a difference in how we show up everyday.
In many Indigenous cultures, right relationship represents a way of living sustainably and compassionately with all beings. It is not about getting anything 'right', rather a continious and deepening journey of connection with all life.
To restore alignment, we begin with the self, cultivating a pathway that affirms life, that brings us back to who we really are and in connection with our higher self and are deep longings. We are now remembering and integrating the sciences with the ancient traditions and customs of what indigenous cultures have been saying about the nature of reality for thosands of years. It is now time to pay deep attention and be in receivership of this wisdom.

About
My name is Celine Waters
I am a Professional, Trauma-Sensitive Coach and Mind-Body Psychotherapist. I have many work lifes from biochemist to strategic consultant and designer across big corporations and start-ups. I started coaching in adult development theory 10 years ago and later integrated childhood development and trauma.

I transitioned to mind-body psychotherapy while in an emotionally unbalanced relationship and facing work burnout. I realised how disconnected I was from myself, my deeper initiation and life, the only resource available to me was my thinking mind in its isolation.
Once I started the deep work with myself, I integrated a social analysis and context.
I am still amazed at what my body held for me, and when given the right support, my body knew how to heal and where it needed to be. We walk with trauma and conditioned tendencies that sit below the consciousness of our knowing, and so little is done at the collective level to support each other in our healing and growth, how many decisions are made from our past over our ability to be in the present.
Despite the challenges, the joy, spaciousness, and authentic connection that emerged from my evolution has taken me to where I am today. I live by the principles of right relationship, connecting to our true essence, our true selves and walking the path of purpose.
Individual and Systemic change are inseparable. Building our awareness of acceptable and non-acceptable behaviours, practising boundaries, centred accountability and mutuality are key to shifting old world-order behaviours of dominance.

Connection is the antidote to uncertainty.

Lineage
I feel incredibly fortunate to embrace the journey of being both an apprentice and a work in progress. My path has been profoundly shaped by the somatic work of the Strozzi Institute as well as the transformative contributions of Staci Haines and Generative Somatics. I remain committed to deepening my practice through ongoing work with my teachers, aligning myself more fully with this body of work. Adult Development Theory has also played a pivotal role in my evolution, particularly through the Growth Edge Network and the insights of Jennifer Garvey Berger. In the realm of conscious awareness and leadership, Thomas Hübl, Bob Hamilton of The Leadership Circle and Amy Fox of Mobius Leadership stand out as key influencers.

At the core of all my work is the deep wisdom of Alexandrea Alexander from the Institute of Body Psychotherapy. This practice, rooted in the groundbreaking work of Wilhelm Reich, Alexander Lowen, Eva Pierrakos and Joe Dispenza, has been transformational. It helped me remember my true essence—that there is nothing to develop. instead, we are called to clear away what is no longer needed, reconnect with our higher self, and align with the universal life plan, the innate intelligence that transcends what our minds can fully comprehend but what we can feel.
And to bring the person who started me off, Dr Desley Lodwick and her work in Adult development and contextualised coaching.
This list keeps growing, as I do.
